Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy

In order to cancel the services you have purchased from our company, you can cancel it by logging into your customer control panel with your e-mail address and password and filling out the form in the "Cancellation Request" option after entering the service details. No invoice will be created for your new service at the next payment time.

  • Services that do not request cancellation but are not used are not considered cancelled. A new invoice is created at each new payment time. If you do not want to fill out the cancellation form, you can send us an e-mail from the e-mail address registered in your customer panel.
  • If the customer's account and the services in it are irreversibly deleted, if the customer's account and the services in it are stopped by making a purchase with a credit card, during or after the use of the service, without giving any information or notice, without obtaining the approval of our company, and "claiming that he did not make the purchase himself" through the bank. The customer's name, surname, e-mail address, IP address and TR ID number will be added to our company's black list. If you have a justifiable reason, please contact our company before this process. Our company approaches such situations moderately.
  • The information, addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses registered when ordering are checked and recorded by our customers who shop with their credit cards. In addition , thanks to the Fraud control mechanism, if you are trying to shop with a problematic credit card, your order will be blocked automatically.

The return and exchange conditions of products purchased through KorpCloud.com are subject to the following terms and procedures in accordance with the electronic sales contract with the final owner of the product.

Our Return Policy

  • 2. The product requested to be returned can be resold to another consumer with the same quality and quantity.
  • 3. In the last 1 (one) year, the final owner of the product has not had a positive return request for other products belonging to the same product and/or product group.

The products that cannot be returned are listed below due to the fact that the service has started and/or cannot be resold to another consumer in the same quality and quantity after the return.

  • 9. All kinds of dedicated servers

Return procedure

KorpCloud.com applies the following return procedures within 15 (fifteen) business days following the end consumer demand, provided that the above-defined return conditions are met for the products that comply with the return request described above, provided that the following procedures and rules are adhered to.

Money Order/EFT/Credit Card Refunds:

For the product for which the return is requested, in addition to the plain state of the product at the time of first sale and/or for any customizations or actual interventions requested by the end consumer and/or for any technical services that require expertise, and Technical support, other services, bank commission and other operational costs declared by KorpCloud.com, which cannot be refunded as a result of its sudden performance, are deducted from the price collected at the time of sale of the service and/or product and returned to the beneficiary as a credit balance. For any reason, it is not possible to return the cash equivalent of free services or products or discounts earned from special and/or general campaigns.

Return as shopping credit:

Allocating the sales prices for the products or services requested to be returned as shopping credits to be used for re-purchasing products or services, if any, after deducting operational costs and other third-party actual costs, paid for the product or service in favor of the final consumer without any other deductions. carried out on the sales price. It is not possible for the final consumer to recall and/or demand the amounts in the shopping credit accounts in cash.

Any return request made outside the relevant communication channel and without complying with the requirements in this article will not be processed.

Procedures regarding purchases in installments, credit card campaigns and points usage, gift certificates and third party discounts

are not possible and cannot be claimed for gift certificates and any discount application whatsoever . Bank commissions deducted in credit card transactions and points used over credit card programs cannot be returned. Applications related to credit cards may differ according to banks and financial institutions.

Procedure to be applied in transactions made in foreign currency

No matter in which currency KorpCloud.com offers its products and services for sale, it will process the amount of TRY (Turkish Lira) collected at the time of purchase in return transactions.

Refusal of return request

KorpCloud.com reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with the return policies it has previously announced.

Withdrawal from return request

The final consumer has the right to withdraw from the return request until the return is made.

Dispute and right to object

Without prejudice to the final consumers' right to object, in case of conflict in KorpCloud.com's return policies , the laws of the country where KorpCloud.com is located will be taken as basis and the execution of legal sanctions will be carried out by the courts located in this country.

These return policies are binding between KorpCloud.com and individuals and/or institutions that are final consumers for its products and services, and anyone who purchases products or services through KorpCloud.com is deemed to have accepted this statement and its principles in advance.
